ebay.ph and ebay.com are both safe and acceptable but one always has to use caution. my rules of thumb...
1) make sure you buy from sellers who have high feedback scores
2) always use paypal for buyer protection if you're not doing meet-ups
3) try to choose shipping options for couriers that provide tracking numbers
4) lastly, if your budget allows, always buy insurance from couriers for your packages

sa katong nipalit kog phone.wala pa ko diri sa istorya
astang pirteng ilara nako. gihilakan nako ug 1 week akong P6,000. kay na scammed ko
bisaya ra pud baya ang nangilad taga cagayan. unya mga 1 week pa ko sa ebay ani nga time. biktima dayon ko hastang sakita.ouch!
hahayz... pirte nako mahaya ug tagam sukad ato di nako palit basta dili meet-up.

I was duped in eBay before... not really a great amount of money pero maka lagot lang.... But still ok ra man ang eBay as long as mo pili ka sa seller... yes... looking at feedback score is one... pero make sure ang feedback is about the person as a seller... kay naa man sad feedback as buyer... also if buying expensive things, make sure ang seller feedback is high like at least 50. Ayaw sad sugot ug wala cya bank account... labi na mag gcash and the likes...

Also naa mga specialize sellers pud sa eBay called the power sellers.... mas reliable ni cla... check out the link sa ubos... I have made several transaction with this person...

for me safe man cya adto lang gyud palit sa mga daghan na ug feedback. Ayaw pa tuga2x ug palit sa zero feedback kay d gyud maka saligan. so far so good akong exp. sa ebay. Naka transact nku mga ka 12 times.

bitaw.......... ebay.ph is not that safe...... tryd buying a lens once.. when I was about o deposit money to his acct......... I saw a friend, who was also about to deposit money......... we talked on our way to BDO...... when we found out that were buying a lens and he told me that its a great deal.... we stopped by netopia and checked his selelr...... we found out that we were buying the same item from the same seller......... well that was then tho.......
