sweet, bugnaw mao dyod na
i agree --- minimize sweets intake.. proven jud ni nga makapadako sa baby hehehe ako mga anak kay dagko jud. first baby 8.10lbs.. 2nd kay 7.4lbs. (just gave birth last month) hehehe ako walay bawal nako during my pregnancies mao dagko tanan ako anak mao tambok sad jud ko, nya nitaas sad ang BP on my 9 month. My advice kay drink plenty of water not juice or softdrinks, eat lots of veggies and fruits, take vitamins then exercise pud

the most important key to having a successful delivery would be self-control all throughout pregnancy..
it is always advisable to see your doctor around three months so your doctor can start monitoring baby's development and give you guidelines on what's best to eat and vitamins you need to take..although it is also good learning from what others can share through the net or through friends or even from parents but keep in mind, your development and baby's development will be totally different from other pregnant women's development..that much you have to consider..your bodily conditions would also be varying from 1st trimester to 2nd to 3rd..including your likes and dislikes..your mood swings and everything else..that is why in every doctor's appointment, you must always be open with your doctor no matter how trivial it may seem to other people your concern may be..
thus, goes the usual pieces of advice..
- refrain from drinking too much carbonated drinks
- same goes for ice cold drinks
- refrain from eating too much sweets and too much salty foods (the key here is moderation in food intake and in everything else)
- do eat more fruits and vegetables
- do drink milk for would-be mothers and never miss out on vitamins
- do eat red meat and fish too
- ginger tea is most helpful when experiencing "panuhot" (i'm sure every pregnant women can relate to this)
- reserve walking for until the 8th month and by then you have to do it everyday and every chance you can get unless otherwise advised by your doctor..

avoid sweets! mao gyud na makapadaku sa tiyan..... unya nlng kaon anang sweets inig human panganak! pamawi inig human......hehhhee
