the starting salary usually ranges from 12k-19k.
Usually, ang mo offer ug 20k above are katong new small-scale to medium-scale bpo's. IMO, maybe to acquire potential candidates from much larger-scale employees w/ their salary coz dili man jud ingon ana ka stable ang company.

I trully agree with this scale, that's an average scale for starters. Specially in times like these, the economic crisis.

You just can't demand for a high pay, it actually depends on the project difficulty, it depnds on the market of the company, it depends on the progress of the project.

Don't get me wrong, I have my own income............ do the math.

For me, ayaw jud basehi ang salary if you are in a company. basta lang sakto kanimo ang imong salary.reason is mudako ra nang salary, ang importante ang knowledge and trust that you gain from the company. then if lig on na imong learning and experience in the field of IT kay you are entitled na to look for greener pasteur then qualified naka because of your experience.

so dont worry if gamay ra ang salary..but... if your salary for 3 years is same salary where you start...damn it... naa ta sa IT industry and we suppose to have high salary if we are in that field for so how many long.

for fresh grad...dont look up dayon sa high salary income. but if you have then good for you...
