    i took sleeping pills last tuesday..what happened was i overslept.... na late ko sa work then naka-piso ko sa akong usa ka boss... naunsa naman ko oi!!!...cant sleep!!!!

    dont overdo the pills .. maka osteoporosis bya na sya .. dili good sa imong body... the natural way to sleep is best jud! :mrgreen:

    OT: ever tried going to school/work without sleep? I did several times... and I dnt feel dizzy/sleepy until afternoon.

    try popping in some relaxing music. classical preferably and within 5 minutes u'll be knocked out
