though i suffered some setback a week back, this week, am still hitting the gym six days a week but had to alternate between low-rep heavy sets day and high-rep light sets days... so far, so good. but by the time i'm due for payment renewal, pahuwayan sa gyud nakog 2 weeks.. i know of people who rest a good week or two eg balik nila mas kusgan og mas niporma man hinoon... kay naka pahuway ila muscles
