ako dugay nako gaantos aning migraine bata pa ko ani mokalit lang ataki...malain ako panan-aw hangtod musoka ko..grabe ka ksakit ulo...moataki hapit kada buwan...it just happen na nisulay ko pahilot aning mga buta sa mall for 30 mins. every week so far wala na jud tawon ni ataki for for a year now. thanks god...i did it at least once a week pahilot ko sa mga buta sa mall.
