you can increase your brain power by meditation, exercise, etc... challenge your brain kay kung dili, you'll lose it.. if you remember, katong students pa ta and or kanang mga students pa, daghan ta og mamerize og mahibaw-an kay atong brain is constantly challenged, mao na dali ra kaayo mka memorize og phone numbers sa imong mga friends, crush og uban pa.. pag graduate nimo, stagnate na, no more challenges, mao na kalimtanon na dayon... so challenge your brain like playing crosswords, soduko, rpg's or learning a new language.. it will really help in preventing you from getting alzheimers, dementia and old age senility...
