Id rather have Tomas as DILG Secretary where he can be most effective. As for NEDA Chief, I think he is underqualified. People saying otherwise know little about the functions and responsibilities of NEDA.

ang medyo huyang lang ug resume sa NEDA kay si Ralph Recto and if si Tomas mahimo ug chief then iyang resume ang pinakahuyang but then again, Tomas proved his qualification for the position in terms of track record and experience.

i remember the time that Cebu had the most sophisticated traffic system in the entire country. i believe it was installed by australians, this was the time when sammy darza and tomas were still good friends and now we have SRP. even the previous NEDA chiefs were not able to accomplish what Tomas has done in his own scale.

maayo ng si tomas mahimung NEDA secretary para sad mabahin ang project sa province. dili lang pirme tua sa Manila or Luzon ang mga dagko nga project sa gobyerno.
