kana lgi jd during bed time bah active kaayo aq mind...bsan jd aq lawas perting kapoya lami ika2g pero aq mind galatagaw...pero usahay katug q daun usahay sad dugay...gusto q buhaton ang sleeping time jd like 8-pm-10pm ky dagko na kau aq eyebug.hehehe

bro just dont sleep between hours.. try daw nga dili ka ma tulog ug afternoon or 6pm.. just sleep kong gabie na jud.. drink water or a glass of hot milk before u go to sleep.. and in the morning magpa init ka under the sun from 6am-8am... try lang to take ug IRON (ferous sulfate), vitamin C, B-complex everyday.. dont do anything when u are in your bedroom.. bedroom is only for sleeping.. just try to follow lang my instructions..

parehas man tag kahimtang bro. ambot lang sad unsaon ni nako pagsulbad ning akoa. naay usahay panahon makatulog ko ug sayo basta kanang kapoy kaayo gikan sa work. 8pm tugpa nako. pero the next day after, balik nasad tag 1am-2am. paet
i've tried restorlyf bro, before ko matulog mo take ko ani..sound sleep kau..naa mn pd ko insomnia..
