ok ra man cguro mag overnight basta mamawi lng pud ka's imong tulog if maka rest naka, we shud have at least 8-10hrs para mabawi atong kakapoy, hehe but still nice ghapon if sayo matulog para healthy ta always...hehe! anyways tnx sa info TS...nice topic![]()
from what i understand, i don't think it matters what time you sleep, whether early or late...
as long as you get around 6-8 hours of good sleep a day... that's what matters.
i've also read that you can make up some of the lost sleep during the weekend or within that week.
so if you've missed five hours that week, just wake up late on sat/sun, or take a lot of nap.
but i think it might be a challenge for some households in the philippines because of the noise from family members or outside noise.

pareha rana bro nga smokers is at risk of developing lung cancer daghan case sa lung cancer is because of smoking..but not all smokers nagka lung cancer..wala man giingun nga tanan dugay matulog mamatay ug dali but at risk sila ani if dugay matulog.about sa topic dili ni atik naay study nga gebuhat ani..
yup basta kuwang ka sa pahuway...naka try ko ani before hypertension ang labas nako... karong i stay fit and exercise regularly.![]()
magduka man hinuon ko kung moabot or molapas ug 8 hours akong tulog.
