here are some tips na u shud avoid

Excessive *Caffeine
*tobacco - cigars,pipes.
*Trans fat & Saturated Fats - beef fat,lard,butter,cream,palm oil,coconut oil. etc..
* Alchohol - liquor,beer and wine
*SimpleCarbs - gum,tofee,candy,table sugar,cake,jelly/jam.
Implement heavily on ur diet:
* Protein such as chicken breast,skim milk,yogurt,soy,eggs(de-yolk),Protein poweder *Whey or cassein (fast or slow absorption)
*Complex carbs such as Oatmeal, whole grain breads,Brown rice,all bran,sweet potato,All bran,Beans,Green Veggies.
*Healthy Fats : olive oil,peanut oil, unsalted nuts,avocados,peanut oil. (monounsaturated fats)
*Polyunsaturated fats: safflower oil,corn oil,soy oil,cottonseed oil.. etc..
Omega 3 fatty acids: Salmon,Mackerel,herring,flax seeds,flax oil, soy bean and canola oil.
