I find this move quite "desperate" sometimes, just my own view though..what's the hype with people buying magnum and posting photos of them holding its wrapper? lol! Is it a proof you've tasted one, for the price of 50 plus?

Personally, I don't find it disturbing nor even "patagad/pasuya" once someone posts food pics online.
I'm a big foodie (foodtripper) by heart.

I go on a foodie adventure either with my friends or on my own to check out some new places to go to.
For years now, I acquired this silly habit of taking a picture of my food or my order first before eating for
a simple reason that I want to capture such experience I had with the place especially if it's a new one and
it offers a superb array of food which other peeps have no knowledge of.

Then I "pimp" the place for having this kind of specialty so others will be aware of this new place/new menu
to check out if they decide to have a foodtrip of their own. Basically it's promoting good food and service of
the place. If I am the owner of an establishment, I wouldn't mind because that's already free advertising

I hope others won't put a rather negative meaning to this "new thing" or judge people outright for simply
capturing such gastronomic experience online while enjoying their food because there's nothing wrong with
that.

Is it a crime that some people enjoy good food and take pictures at the same time?
So live a little guys... lighten up
