The TOPIC is asking your OPINION and not the SC decision. Just because a decision was made makes it the ultimate solution of the puzzle.

There is no PUZZLE to speak of springfield. You're the only one who’s making one for yourself. As far as those people who believe that a HEINOUS crime was committed by Paco and his cohorts, the case is close and justice was served to the victims and their family. And this only proved that "No one is above the LAW."

At least my opinion was molded and based on the Supreme Court's decision unlike you who merely based it on your personal biases toward the convicted rapists and stories that are pigments of your playful imagination.

This society will be better off without them Spring.

Just because the decision of the Supreme Court did not favor your “DEAR� friend, you have all the right to make a mockery of the Justice System. No matter what you said about the Supreme Court, it is still and will always be the LAST RESORT. Sorry Spring you can't do something about it.

In fact in this case, the Supreme Court should be commended because as far as the original decision is concern, the late Judge Ocampo only sentenced the convicts to rot in jail which the Supreme Court increased to MAXIMUM penalty after reviewing the case and was convinced of the testimonial and physical evidence presented in court.

Then why CONSTRICT the issue on PACO only ? WHat about the KARMA and the " JUSTICE " ? Comparison means identifying the difference between two subjects, what you're contending is they are suffering the same fate.. i guess you need to rephrase this one.. its very inconsistent with what you're trying to stress out. you feel that paco and the innocent fall guys are victims of injustice, where's the comparison in that?

If indeed Erap was innocent but the fact is you really hate his guts. LOLZ ... we are comparing JUSTICE and KARMA here not PACO and the INNOCENT JAILED individuals . If you can quote me , feel free . I only feel for PACO and not the rest of the CHIONG 7 if you review previous post's .

Not really because the subject is out of CONTEXT . You should bring up someone who was accused and jailed but was not PROVEN GUILTY in a fair and square court . ERAP on the otherhand is GUILTY , wala lang siya mo angkon .
