nagrabe jud tawn akong pimples all over my face, as in, magpuss mag scars, din gamit ko ron ug kaning mga commercial anti-pimples, sus wa jud patuo akong mga pimples.. Dr. Go ko sauna but nahunong kai wa koi budget so nahunong akong medication.

Now, magpacheck up ko ni Dr. Verallo, recommended ni sha sa akong mga friends good jud daw ni sha, so probably ue mahiyang ni akong nawong, eta d ko sakitin but problema pud sa nawong tagning till langit.

Effective jud ang laser treatment but it is super expensive around 10 to 15 thousand or so. I tried it and noticed an improvement in the scars and discoloration.

Dr. Bernad is a good doctor but sometimes the treatment can be too expensive. And since I quit my work I have to look for an alternative. I have noticed though that my pimples have not really gotten better since I have gotten immune to some of the meds. I think that it is time for a holistic approach.

I have not had acne only until I reached my mid-twnties so it is very frustrating.

I may go back for another laser treatment once my acne flare up gets better. But I do not think that pricking is the solution since I get a severe infection after pricking which results in scabbing and pus formation.

I have tried consulting with Dr. Verallo this morning. I do not know if effective ba siya sine I will have to take the medications for 2 weeks lang before another consuktation. I will definitely make sure I will show up since he is said to have a temper.

he interviewed me this morning during our consultation but He got upset when I forgot the brand name of the products I was using. I have been trying different products to see what works or not. I have been experimenting with my skin which I found out the hard way is a definite no no since My pimples got worse. But it was worth a try.

I did not ask him questions since I did not want to upset him further. He has the same aura with another doctor, Dr. Jerry Tan, who is also notrious for scolding his patients. He too got upset when He asked about my medical history. The thing with me is that if I do not see an improvement with my doctor after a few months I ask for a second opinion. on a medical US talk show even a doctor recommended getting a 2nd or 3rd opinion.

I do not know if Dr. Verallo's medications would work on me since He only prescribed 3 creams- one antiobiotic cream, one retinoic acid and fha cream which I do not even know what it is made of. But a lot of patients swear that he is an effective doctor. I honestly hope that he is because I am tired of looking around for another doctor.


I have tried Dr. Bernad but the medicine and the weekly ionto adds up. nad since I stopped working I can no longer afford the treatments. The thing is, if I stop the weekly treatments my acne gets worse.

Ong in m.diaz bldg. near cebu doctors hospital. she can answer all your questions. sa karon cya ang top 1 sa mga dermatologist. mga bigatin ang mga patient aning doc. dli lng nko e mention ha kay bawal. by the way, consultation ani niya is 500. wla pay labot medicines. budget lng jd kag 4k to 5k. antos lng jd ka para pa gwapa. hehe.

Had my first pixel resurfacing treatment with Doc Bernad yesterday afternoon. And Gaaaaad! Grabeha ka sakit, kahapdos! The greatest pain you could ever imagine happening on your face, that's it! The procedure itself was tolerable but what happened after it was intensely crazy. Ni wow na lang jud kos kahapdos. If only I could soak my face in a bucket of ice, I will. It has already been 9 hours now and medyo hapdos gihapon siya. Mao na ni tinud anay 'tiis-gwapo.' Haha. I trust Doc Bernad and I'm looking forward to see the results after a week or so.
