i've noticed that even though belomed has come to cebu, only a few recommend it. with no clear description of the effects, i may add.

iv tried dr. ong. she was my derma when i was in HS... wla pmn koy buot sauna.. pro sa akong na remmber, wla kau ko ganahi.. pro topicals rmn gd to.. slower than if mgpafacial.. i think...

just this year, ni try ko belo.. so far, the facials leave me lots and lots of ice pick scars.. which i don't understand why.. before ko ni try, wla jd 2.. nya after cge facial, ngka dghn... then they said it's because the whiteheads stayed under the skin too long... and to think i went there at regular intervals---2 weeks(as they recommended)... i chose to have it monthly nlng kay since i realized same ra gypn.. mg buslot2 ra gyapon.. iv been using the dlc peeling cream(w/c contains tretinoin).. 1 tym kay lain facialist ang ng do nq.. ngka marks ko grbe.. so gpastop sa q use sa dlc... after 2 days or so, g ingnan ko blk na use.. and na notice nq nga wla na unta 2 nitubo whiteheads, then pg blk nq use dlc, nng blk pd.. they said ingn ana jd na kay ng clean dw sa skin.. so mnggwas jd.. pro i think lain lng jd ang rxn sa aq skin sa ila med.. kay murag 3 months+ ngd 2 nga ng cge ko use dlc then cge lng gypn tubo whiteheads... so g stop nq.. and now, im left with dark scars but with fewer whiteheads na...

im still undecided as to w/c derma to consult.. whether verallo, back to ong or give bernad a try...
can any1 advice?

last facial nako sa Prana, Club Ultima man..

before that cge nako kay Dr. Ruiz, Ruiz Derma sa SM... ganahan kaau ko sa ilaha whitening srub and bleach sa whole body.. effective to xa..

i think ang mga medicines maka lessen sa whiteheads pero dili jud totally mawala.
then regular facial man ang maka lessen pud sa whiteheads diba? pero kadugayan, mugawas na pud ang new whiteheads. :<

wala ko nagpa facial. topical ra ko then naa pud oral. then katong na control na ang akong breakouts, gi advisan ko nga magpa diamond peel para sa scars. sa akong picture nga gipost above, wala pa ko nagpa diamond peel or facial ana.

ako.naa ko eczema, sa CDO naa ko derma, dri naa sad ko derma. ang ako derma dri kay si Dr. Divina Go. chuang hua. effective sad jud iya mga gpang hatag. tapos ok sad xa. she's better than my derma sa CDO. sensitive na kau ako skin, lain kau kong mo atake. faetz.

tag pila ang consultation ni Dr. Divina Go??cya man ta to ge refer sa OPD sa akoa..pero wa nku nkuha ya room og number..pag twag nku balik c Dr. Verallo na..wa pko naka visit both nila...asay effeeecttive makada og treat??asay cheaper

sa tanang derma nga akong naadtoan, kang VERALLO ug ONG jud ko naayo. pero hasuuuuuuul lang jud kaayo ila verallo kay daghan kaayo taw. sa una, muadto ko before 8am then maka uli ko hapon na... mao gikapuyan na ko didto kay hasul. then mangasaba pa jud si verallo esp kung dili ka makaadto sa followup checkup sched nimo. nakahilak jud ko sa una ay kay gikasab-an ko.

nangita ko ug lain nga doctor hantud naabot ko ni dr. ong... dili jud hasul. mutawag ra ka nila para magpalista. then magwait ra ka less than an hour hantod ikaw na ang matawag.
