Does anybody knows where to file a formal complaint with Smart Wifi? Ive been having slow or no connection at all for the past four days. Their tech support SUCKS big time. Its causing me a lot of headache.

just get analogX netstat live, download alot of files at the same time(torents,P2P,porn,etc)
then get a screenshot(netstat is visible) and send a report to smart

Now the question is... how do I get a screenshot? Because I want to report that during noon to midnight I have a very sucky connection, and Im supposed to have 40KB download rate. I dont mind 30KB+, but less than that is not what Im paying for!

About complain adto sa wireless center nila. or maybe mag uban ta tanan para makakita sila sa reklamo kung unsa ka daghan.
