hehehe.....
so... unsa may conclusion ana?
conclusion? on my part... a very satisfied customer of AMD!
Intel's got the marketing edge. AMD's got the geeks.
ask any newbie PC buyer.. bet my ass most of them are gonna say Pentium 4.
With Intel you get your money's worth..no doubt about that.
With AMD you get your money's worth and a box of chocolates! SWWEET!
"i think someone told me AMDs were used in Finding Nemo.. not sure though will check later."
this is the line --------- cross it. i dare you
AMD have the best value/performance rating in the form of their XP 2500+ However, not all AMD Products give you your money's worth, u knw. According to reviews, AMD Athlon XP 3200+ is very much overpriced for its worth. You might as well buy a P4 of the same price as the 3200+.
If you're looking for the fastest 32-bit CPU, go for Intel's P4 3.2Ghz 800FSB.
If you're in a tight budget, go for AMD Athlon XP 2500+.
I started with an Intel 8088 based XT system... then to an Intel 286, Intel 386, Intel 486, Intel Pentium, Intel Pentium 2, then Intel Pentium 3... just because you've been using one system eversince isn't a justification why one shouldn't try out the open waters...Originally Posted by jojitd
don't think that it's all because of the cost... it's because we can do more than what is intended... hardcore enthusiasts have both, most enthusiasts go for AMD, most mainstream users go for Intel...
depends on how theyre gona use thier PC.. but if i have lots & lots of money, den i wont doubt getting the best....
