ako setup is OUTLET > SURGE PROTECTOR > decent AVR or UPS > decent computer powersupply
-for surge protector, ayaw intawon tong Panther kai capacitor ra naa ato ug coil, nothing for surge protection bisan gamay. mas ok pa OMNI.
-for avr, naay Panther AVR's thats quite "heavy" for its rated load and it has surge protection built, in. i dont know how reliable though kai wala pa ko maka abli ug isa.
-for UPS, i think APC raman jud ang designed and tested for PC. sakto rapud ang naka indicate na duration @ load. No reviews about INTEX but other than dali ra daw madaut ang battery if sige ka hutdan? or mu trip ang pc inig switch to battery mode bisan half-load lang sa iya rated? i dont know.
-for computer PSU, if u can accurately computer how much power your pc uses much better. get a psu thats about twice higher than what is normally used. why? efficiency is higher around 50-60% load.

    mao ra ako tampo.

    OT:
    unsay kol? unkol? HAHAHA.

further addendum(mao ba na?) use only an AVR or UPS(1 is enough for most home use) . select lang which ever is neccesary sa inyo kuryente. like if sige brownout, then UPS is suggested, kung kusog fluctuate kuryente(residential area) AVR would be best. but if naa ka sa commercial area or factory dapit nya kusog mu trip inyo kuryente, aw i report na sa VECO and have your local transformer replaced.

if power surge imo pasabot right after an outage, walay lain solution ana kundi ibton appliances during such times. kung inconvinient ibton, mao na reason some heavy-duty avr have power-on-delay.

Kung naa kay AVR, dili na kinahanglan ang UPS. Kung naa kay UPS mas nindot kung naa kay surge protector nga outlet. Idea lng pud nako ni.
