We already have agencies that are responsible with this matter. They should be the ones on the crosshairs, its basically their job and not the mayor's primary concern. I can understand why Rama would say so. He's right though. You've got bigger fish to fry in Cebu (pun intended). This is actually the one thing I hate about this country - We have so many problems in front of us we face day to day but were led to be more concerned about a ship stuck in a coral reef where hardly anyone goes to, smoking in public, what we eat and what we shouldn't. We have too many do-gooder type lawmakers and media personalities in this country trying to show off their "sincerity" on secondary issues meanwhile age-old problems that continue to linger around us are still being ignored.
