^^ ahhh, nindut pa na nga series bro, Toshiba Satellite A100/A105... murag nag sugod ang known issue sa capacitor sa A200 series... ambot lang ha, mao lang na akong na observe sa google...

ang portege m600 sa akong ate naguba nalang ang hard disk, nag buak2x na ang mga plastik og mga hinges, ang pungil2x na ang mga keys sa keyboard aw andar gihapon... akong portege m900 nga alaga kaayo nako less than 2 years lang gubaon na

Mga boss, thanks kaayo sa inyohang mga recommendations.... It really helps me to choose which one brand (in terms of quality) sa mga PC laptops... Taud2x naman gud nga wala ko kahikap ug PC kay Mac na akoang nakoptan... Matsalams jud kaayo ninyo tanan...

well, for me, great brands and mostly known for their "quality" so it is still the "brand"... just add to it the specific model/series kay kahibaw naman jud ta nga dili tanan nindut og quality for one specific brand... depende gihapon sa model/series...

Hehee. Thanks for this bim. Its true na ang mga nindot nga brands ky nindot ug quality, but sad to say, not all models comes in a great quality.

Na ang.ang lang ako phrase. Ako e rephrase:

Its not the BRAND, its the QUALITY of the specific MODEL.

What I suggest is that find laptops from different brands that fits in your budget and then compare them one by one. Check the specs of each model and their reviews. If there are 2 or more laptops that are almost identical by specs and all of them have excellent reviews, then there goes user preference.

This is what I do whenever I buy stuffs.

Ok kaayo ang Lenovo but I can only speak for the good old Thinkpad series kay maoy gamit namo sa office...
