Diet kai bsan ug mag crunches pa ka ug 1M a day dli jud mo gamay ang tiyan kung sobra ra ka sa kaon pirmi.......

Unlike muscles, dili man pwede i-isolate fat burning sa abs. Maski pila ka abs exercises buhaton, mugahi ra muscles but naa gihapon fats. Wala nako nag backtrack pero based on what I know
1) Stop eating foods and drinking liquids that have no nutritional value whatsoever (junk food, soft drinks, beer, sweets).
2) Do high intensity interval trainings (jog 30 seconds, sprint 30 seconds for 20 minutes - but naa pud lain HIIT exercises, Google lang) everyday.
3) If you want to have good looking abs, not just a flat one, then yeah do a lot of ab exercises not just crunches (daghan sa Youtube abs exercises tutorials).
Likay-e mga fat burning supplements kay while they work, naa pud na mga side effects. Para ra ni sa mga taong tapulan. Just like anything in life, nothing worthwhile is easy to achieve. Kay kung tinuod pa ni, sexy ug macho ta tanan. Ako machonorin ra.
