make sure to back up yor files before reinstalling the operating system.. you can try downloading malwarebytes.. super antispyware...smitfraudfix or combofix first..but the thing is, the registry might have been messed up already... back up now before u'll be damned...

check sa for online support basin naa pa'y early treatment para sa virus...but if critical then start saving your files and do a clean format.

Ayaw nag backup2x oie kay hasul... labi na if wa kay external storage... Just install an antivirus program... update it to get the latest virus signatures, configure the settings to "very high sensitivity" to have a very strict filter of heuristic activity patterns.. Then have a full system scan... also install an anti-spyware like malwarebytes... then do a full system scan... have at least 2 antivirus programs to full system scan your laptop.... I suggest bitdefender if qualified ang specs sa imong laptop to install it kay medyo bug-at man... McAfee Total Security... Kaspersky... choose one and pair it with Microsoft Essentials antivirus kay okay raman dunganon ang duha ka antivirus using Microsoft Essentials ang usa... base on experience.... mao ni akong gibuhat katong mura na jud ug boang ang akong PC... ang delete kay mo open hinuon... nagka interchange na gud ang functions... wala ko external storage at that time so di ko ka backup sa akong files... wa sad nako na partition ang disk pag first install sa OS so di ko ka reformat... mao ra jud to akong last option and it worked wonders for me... sa katong noob pa kaau ko ug pc ato nga time.. hehehe.. pero lesson learned na..

Pero if seryos na kaau ang guba sa imong laptop... better backup and reformat nalng jud... install a legit antivirus and copy back your files... at least filtered na imong copy....

Many ways to get the viruses in your laptop just download malware and install then scan or install new anti virus then scan properly..
