any specific brand in particular? was watching youtube on Buddy Lee's speed jump rope, quite expensive in ebay, a thousand plus w/o shipping pa.

maybe there's a cheaper but good quality one out there.

the typical rope type jumping rope is just too light, can't build speed using that.

skipping rope exercise is one of the best indoor cardio exercises.Akong style ani is skipping rope - burpee interval2 mins skipping rope (fast pace)1 min burpees (fast pace)30 minutes ra every day...grabe kaayo maka pa cut. (of course excluding pa na sa regular sched sa gym)

depends on your budget. hehe! cheap ones comes around 150p.. and if you want the pro jumping ropes like the leather type.. can go up to a thousand or so..

have yet to buy a cable type, for ultra fast jud.. i already have a simple rope, rubber, plastic nylon licorice.. cable would be a nice addition to my collection.lolz
