customer benefit services. sorry I don't know about Verizon or anything call center related coz I've never been worked in a call center.

i've got a good talk with the director who interviewed me. and told him I didn't find any info about the company in the web. he just simply answered that it's a secret company. and that they will be transferring to a bigger space, the higher floor of Keppel.

ayy ok. so na hire naka? any feedbacks? nag immediate hiring mani cla before dba...

i still don't think na diri ang verizon though...

keppel bldg 6th floor. They are looking for Customer Service and Retention Officers. The Company is a little more than month old. At first blush it feels like one of the better mid-size call centers in Cebu. If you're interested walk in and look for Glen Johnson.
