flp me 1998, wa ko nag recruit, etc. use lang me product. top earner that tym was jun k. he earns 1m a month. then the rest like 99 of them earns from 40k - 800k. wa ko knwledge abt how the company can afford to pay such amount when mga vitamins ra man kadaghanan did2. then di man daily need mupalit. then that jun k just needs to buy 2 starter kit para makuha nya ung 1m nya. 9k ung isang starter kit.

They were talking about a new product. The fat guy (guy "A"), from the way he talked, sounded like he was the "top earner", and the guy he was talking to (guy "B") seemed to me like he is not a downline of guy A kay he was recruiting him. From what I can tell they knew each other previously (maybe classmates, silingan, co-worker). Their conversation went like:

Ana si guy A "Kumusta na man ka? Nihinay na man daw inyung produkto. Ari nako kay mopagawas mi ug bag-ong produkto."
Tubag si guy B "Kinsa may naa sa ubos?"
Guy A: "Naa ko mga 3 ka libo" <-- now I'm guessing this is 3k downlines na sure siya.
Guy B: "Mao ba? Naa sad nimo si <name of person>. Naa man to siya 500"
Guy A: "Oo. Naa. Mas daghan na iyaha ron kay tua na siya sa Dipolog. Atoa gihapon to"

As it turns out, guy B has a lot of downlines na who are in Bacolod and Samar kay gipangtawgan man nila while discussing their business. I can not help but overhear all this kay dagko kaayo sila ug tingug. Before nidunggo ang ferryboat sa Pier 3 guy A already has guy B under him.

Apparently, guys at the top spread their good people across the archipelago to branch out while still maintaining their downlines here in Cebu.

So how does that work? You have a network here, and pwede sad naa ka network sa Mindanao and Luzon? And all under one guy (top earner Mr. "A" here in Cebu) ... Won't that create a conflict somewhere? (Note: I am asking kay wa koy alamag ani)

I think there is no bad about "Networking", what makes it bad because of some pyramid schemes that fronts as legitimate MLM. Jolibee bought mang inasal because mang inasal is aggressive in franchising and networking their business, the more coverage and networks you have, the more sales is likely to be produced. Jolibee bought mang inasal because Mang Inasal's network is growing very fast, Jolibee is afraid to lose market share. In order to capture the market you need to have a large distribution channel.

Just beware of binary schemes and the schemes that earns big commission through recruiting, not in sales, it is most likely to be a pyramid scheme.

What I just want to clarify about the Binary Marketing plan, how does the commission is spread?

nope dili na xa mo cr8 ug conflict. usa na xa ka strategy nga mo ad2 ka ug mga lain2 lugar para modako imo group. ky lisod kaayo i recruit kng mo stay ra ka ug 1 place. hinay sd imo kita. kanang mga tawhana. nagfocus ra na sa pangrecruit. mao gani ng kanang mga membero sa usa ka company unya taga probinsya siya. mangrecruit jud na xa ug taga ilaha para mo dako iya group. makita na tanan sa genealogy tree. dghan nagingana karon labi na sa uno. ky maglisod naman gd sila ug recruit diri sa cebu lang daan ky tungod sa kdaghan members nila.
