    Thank you guys for all your advices! Well-appreciated. But honestly, it is very difficult for me to control my thoughts and emotions. Yeah, I read a lot of inspirational quotes. I love positive quotes, and yeah maka-positive jud bitaw siya, but at the end of the day, back to reality nako. How I wish I was an empowered person. Kay pirmi man jud ko mapildi sa akong negative thoughts and emotions. Mao jud na'y akong issue.

    I search for pleasure to stop me from thinking those negative thoughts.. but it just gets worse, always searching for pleasure is not helping me at all.. idk what to do...

    hmm i think we have that kind of experience sis.. maybe you have some insecurities within yourself, we cannot accept the things that we don't have and the things that we also have as well.. ups and downs in life is there to cling, it won't tell you to be like this or that unless you have to pull yourself up.

    me too i have some instances that i can be insecure to myself and to others but in any way i would not take it into a serious account.. i've learned something from just reassessing my insecurities and using them for my benefit. i just learned to accept the reality of who i am as a person, and i hope you can or could do the same.. negative feedbacks from other persons will only drag you down, and will not help you become who you really are.. kaya mu yan!

    Yeah, naa ko'y insecurities. Inferior kaayo ko. Naa pa ko'y usa ka issue, I'm so paranoid. And right at this moment, napraning na pud ko for some reason! Ako cousin naa sa L.A. suod kaayo mi satanan, unya na cancel man iya flight, maabot unta siya this thursday.. ganahan na ko nga mouli siya para bantayan iya uyab! Haha!!. Ambot lang oie, iya uyab but.an man, pero naay jud ko'y weird nga feeling ron! Sh*t! Praning kay ko's tanan! How can I get rid of this??!

    There's no doubt that natural ability plays a role in determining life's winners and losers. And most of us also acknowledge that work plays a part. But there's another factor that's equally important, Believing! Go out and REPRESENT.
    This is often what separates life's winners from life's losers. If you can wear early discouragement, and continue on despite it. Being able to push past those feelings of low self-worth, doubt and fear is a skill in itself. If you can train yourself in it, you'll do much better in life.

    As for your paranoia, if you really feel that it's bothering you. I suggest you go see a doctor. It helps. Nothing to be ashamed of. I can refer you to one of the best in cebu. Lastly, take it easy.. Try not being so critical and demanding of yourself to start with.

    your still young, normal rana sa na nga ma feel anxiety og ma discourage... soon you'll learn to be strong..

    TS ignore other people who criticize on you just be on yourself don't be discourage prove them that they are wrong prove them that you are the best more than anything people in this world..... if you fail, so be it there's nothing in this world that you like to do is perfect you must experience fail so that the next time you try it it would be successful.....
