    nway, i always shower after working out kay i dont like the eeky feeling after all the sweat... but warm water jud if na ko sa gym and if sa haus ra, rest sa kadyot then shower.

    at least an hour jud...pina ka safe nana..thats what i do man..I agree di pana mangawas karon BUT.....later on we will suffer the consequences..

    for me 30 mins - 1 hr..kana nga tym nag lingkod ra jud ka or higda.after ana na cool down na imong lawas.pede na.

    thats why its always nice to work out at night or late noon para wa naka mga appointments rest nlang ka di ka mag dali2x...

    wow! this thread is redundant. anyway, kung swimming ko for two hours, mopahuway pa koh 30 mins then warm water dayun ako e shower?
