Good for u bro, u have an existing xphome rental rights for ur cafe. me as new in the business na timingan jud. i talked to a facilitator in SM (the japanese name) xphome w/o RRA are not included to the provision. That's why i'm calling for considerations for swap-in + cash deal.
Also, they will visit ur place for software audit.

My last employer had 3 cafes, I talked them into complying the 3 cafes with windows xp home licenses, so that they will be safe (more likely a total of 120 licenses) . The irony, they ended up closing first than their pirated competitors...

it's not enough to have the orig xphome OS, it needs to have rental rights to make it a legit one. If u will avail the icafe program promo, rra is already inclusive in perpetuity, rra dies when the pc dies.
