    @camzywimzy.. is this THE FACE SHOP @ SM?

    my goodness i had a very bad experience there too.

    last time, i went to buy a bb cream from faceshop. the saleslady told me that it is already out of stock. so i said.. really? ana dayun siya "ay naa pa diay usa ka stock diri nahabilin mam."

    given that it was my first time to buy the product kay gi.recommend ra sa akong friend (i had little idea what it actually looked like-basta ang name ra sa product akong nahibaw-an), i immediately bought it & paid for it in cash. take note, i specifically said.. BB CREAM. i was confident iyang gihatag naku pud kay mao jud to na product. when i got home.. ako dayun gipakita sa akong friend. to my disappointment.. my friend said.. "dili mana mao. SUNBLOCK mana iyang gihatag nimo oi. not a bb cream. although they had very similar packaging." i really felt disappointed. kapoy jud ug balik2x sa sm para lang palit ato. worse, i felt lied to. mura kog gi-ilad sa saleslady knowing that she gave me a different product from what i specifically asked para lang jud tingali mahalinan sila?

    so the next day, ako jud gibalik. di ko palabot oi. i wanted a refund because OUT OF STOCK diay ang original product. lech. ingon sila exchange nalang daw ug lain product kay di sila mu.refund ug cash. so mao to.. na-ahat ku ug pili lain na product which i had no intention of buying unta in the first place. sayan kaau ang money. unecessary spending kaau to on my part. but here's the WORST part.. i never heard an apology from the stupid saleslady. jeez. i work in a customer service industry man pud oi so i understand the nature of the job pero sila.. WALA JUD AYO! maau nalang unta to ug ni.sorry sila. mao nah karon.. wa na jud ku mubalik anang THE FACESHOP SM. nindot jud ni sila i.reklamo pero wala nalang ku ni.reklamo ato kay hasul na.

    but your story sis kay shocking kaau. as in WALA JUD BATASAN.

    adto nalang sa ayala.

    bati kaau nah nga shop. sayang nindot unta ilang products pero the customer service sucks.

    not worth it.

    and haller? mura man ug unsa ka grabe ilang trabaho oi. mayagni sila aircon ilang workplace ha. mas polite pa tingali ang basurero diri sa amo kay mu.ingon pa ug maayung buntag bahalag unsa ka baho ilang gipancollect diha. ako walay tulog di man gani ku maka.dare ing-ana sa customer bisan ug gipamalikasan naku. kadto ra kaha? kay abig ni-gamit sa tester? unsay tan-aw nila? nalibang ug kwarta ang customer nga palit dayun bisang walay test2x? ug what if wala jud diay ayo ang product? ingnan diay ka ug SHET kay wa nimo palita? thats plain bullsh...

    work is work. kapoy jud na. but it doesn't give u the right to be BASTOS. kung tanan nalang trabaho walay kapoy.. haya-hay siguro kaau tanang katawhan sah? huna-hunaa kuno. what a lame excuse.

    basta ako, di jud ku musabot ug ing.ana nga klase sa attitude.

    unfortunately sis, wala naku nakuha ang name. kadto ni.sabot nalang ku. i'm not that mean. cguro taas pa utong sa akong tolerance level towards t@nga or bakakon salespeople.

    pero if gibuhat to nya naku nga mag"shet", ing-ana ka bastos? i would raise hell in their shop jud.

    I agree with you cherub.rock kay kita mismo nabiktima sa ilang lame customer service.

    I tried to contain my anger because I know for a fact na you will never know the right words to say when you're angry. Mao to ako jud siya gi-hinay2x ug pangutanan nanu nabuhat to niya namo and her excuse was cge daw mi tester and di mi muplait.. nanu mupalit man ko na wa man ko ka-uyon!tsk.

    Gi-pobrehan siya namo.. bahala nalnag ug pobre dai basta di lang pareha nimo wa'y batasan.

    And my sister was really angry na her voice was almost shouting.. "Unsay right nimo na i-she-shet mi ha?"... pero i stopped her coz we know we can do more than that. Pwede namo siya ipatang-tang sa trabaho and I will do everything I can with the help of my cousin na mataktak jud cya...kinsay "shet" ani ron?? LOL.

    same here.. kasuway ko ana.... mga way delikadesa jud ai... ambot gi unsa na nila pagpili og saleslady oi.. basin gi menopause to siya o wa pa jud ka suway og uyab mao ing-ato iyang batasan.... hahay..
