To achieve world class status, one must prove himself/herself worthy on the international level.

For a long time now, "world class" has been misused (and even abused) by some Filipinos to describe themselves as good, even though they never achieved anything to justify it.

Look at the local community dancers here in Cebu. Many of them never competed with foreign dancers or in international dance competitions, yet they call themselves "world class dancers" only because they selfishly think they are great. I've seen many of them (mostly teenagers and some in their early 20s) in Barangays Sambag 1 and 2, Guadalupe, Pardo, Banilad and Mabolo.

I've heard about this office ba. Is it true nga sucky kaayo? gamay og sweldo og pugson og work ang mga employee even sa ilang day-off? dili jud maayo daw ang salary diri kay gamay og sigeg force leave. Sayang kaayo ang talent sa cebuanos kung ingani ang pagtreat nila sa employee better nalang siguro kung wala nay lain maaplyan.

in fairness sa GMA, murag di nila maenchance maayo ang effect kay gaapas na sila sa oras...di pareha sa film na pwede paninduton dyod kay taas-taas ug time span...ang mga graphic artist anang tv atoa nalang sabton kay kaliton ra na silag ingnun na na "over budget ta ug di na kaya i-manual ang ani na scene..pwede i-computerized na ninyo gamiton na ni ha within 2days kay sunod na ni na episode raba"
