try running combofix w/c you can download at ComboFix | freeware

Kung di na jud na matabang, i-format na then try to see kung mao gihapon.
Try gamit og CCleaner, para pa-relax sa imong system. =D Free ra na siya. I-Google lang.
For sure, kung imo na-installan og CCleaner (para nako CrapCleaner ang name jud ana.. hehe) nya padaganon na nimo, dako kaayo na'g kaon ang mga crap sa imong HDD ug sa imong system.

lol. dili diay mu matter ang cpu kung pila ka apps ang simultaneously gamiton? dili diay mu matter ang memory kung unsa kapas-pas mu dagan ang applications?
