Well if in case something goes wrong with the transaction... and Money is involved

    WHO WILL BE LIABLE

its still my identity..... you are off the hook....

its not your name... you can just ran away....

who will face court subpoenas? or who will face law enforcement investigations?

its like selling myself to you.... and you get to own my net identity.... its like you are buying somebody else's passport..

sir, if this is not a scam, you can always start zero feedbacks and JUST RECEIVE PAYPAL PAYMENTS for a start to have a bit of a peace of mind to the buyers... when you have established positive feedbacks, that will be the time you can add other payment options like gcash here in the philippines and others...

since you will sell to the united states market, which the primary payment method is Paypal, why not start at that?

    well, that's just my suggestion...

of course that's none of our business and you are right that you are not forcibly trying to buy an account but that will get you bad reactions like the above....

this would've been much better for you but this is not available here in the philippines:

    Using ID Verify

You will show proof to ebay that you have an identity. ( I even had my passport scanned and fax to ebay just to prove my identity)

Now why would I or anyone else sell his/her ebay account?

If in case I sell my identity to you... I can not anymore open an ebay account because you already have my identity.

You have my name, address, tel. no., cellphone no. and even credit card and bank account.

That is practically my ENTIRE Identity in it.....

If you plan on selling on ebay... you have to start from scratch....

For those offering their ebay accounts.... you won't be able to register again.... I have tried registering multiple times.... your account will get blocked every time....

HASTE makes WASTE.... everything starts from zero.... were you born a 20 year old already?

whether you are selling a scam or not.... that is for ebay to decide... They have a list of prohibited items....
    correct!.....

mao sad ni nasulod sa akong huna huna. kalisud, ikaw ang magukod kung naay problema.

dli ba mugawas nig nag false representation ka sa imung self? i mean, nag pretend ka to be someone nga daghan nag good feedbacks maski dli gyud diay to ikaw; for the reason nga mas dali ka mahalinan kay naa na silay salig sa account (which is dli gyud ikaw).

pero anyway, discretion naman sad na sa ganahan mubaligya sa ilang account.

Im an employee of eBay.com and I should say it is inappropriate to sell an account to someone else. Information with the Credit card, Bank account on File, or Paypal account should meet with the account holder's info. No Harm intended.

We're here in the Cebu. This is a real tolerated identity theft if someone will sell his account. We can suspend the account even close the account for worst case scenarios. We can also trace accounts that the account holder is using since eBay.com is holding full security to accounts. You cannot simply create a seller's account if we cannot verify the account holder. Please be advised we will prosecute fraudulent transactions to the full extent of law.

Asked whether they have plans of putting up a local office in the Philippines, Neary comments that they work on a centralized system but have actually been doing global customer support from the Philippines (outside Metro Manila) for some time now. Though they would not specify which BPO or location, my guess is that it could be one of the call centers in Cebu.
