nag-take na ko e-Academy nga SD track (sales and distribution) sa manila, nahire man ko right away before pa ko nakahuman mag-exam. daghan man kaayo sa manila nga BPO nga gahimo na silang SAP competence center. ang uban gani di pa gd outsourcing, offshoring ra gd,like chevron ug deutsche bank. kadungog ko nga Accenture is building an SAP team na din in cebu. all I can say is, sulit akong gi-bayad,pero tinuod nga kinahanglan nga kasabot ka sa business process/ background sa una pa before training, except na lang gd nga programmer gd ka, pwede ka mag-ABAP track (SAP programming). ang uban nga employer , interviewhun ra gd ka if naa na kang either training or backgroudn bisad gamay sa SAP, kay if magpaemploy ka sa mga Alaska , ang ending nimo user ka gihapon, and you won't do consulting work- naa man gd ang kwarta sa consulting for SAP , especially ning R/3, kay ang B1 pang small and medium business ra mana.

tip: nangayo kong discount ug payment scheme for training (installment), sugot man sila basn pwede sd to sa cebu nila nga trainign center.

knowing SAP makes you very marketable even if you do not become a consultant. There are very very few free lance SAP consultant. Knowledge in business process is key to becoming a consultant. SAP is treated per module, SD, MM, HR, FI are the common modules.

Agree that you join a company to better understand it and apply it in the real business operations. After you learn SAP, apply with consulting firms. Common locally is KYSA.

Companies in Cebu using SAP - Golden ABC [Penshoppe], Matimco, SM, Globe, Norkis, some BPOs, Accenture, Lexmark started using it now.

Sakto jud ka bro. Hurot oras sa kung consultant. Grabe and demand ani during the week of the implementation and post implementation. In our company during our last upgrade maluoy lang ta married especially sa women kay dili mana ka uli basta basta. Money is not always everything baya...

sakto -- demanding gd siya nga trabaho, kay gamay ra gd kaayo ang total nga consultants not just sa pinas ba, but tanan worldwide, that's why tass kaayong pay sa consultants, even karong recession. sa abroad baya, ang akong ig-agaw, maka-earn siya 160-200 dollars kada hour, pero experience na to siya kaayo, because customers don't have much choice man gd. pag magroll out na hantudgo-live, busiest stage gd daw to siya, pero pag support phase na lang ka, mas manageable na ang time. pero mas ok nga to para sa mga single, kay sige kag travel, especially if freelance ka.
