if you passed the QUALIFYING EXAMS, then it does show nga kamao ka..

the speaking test will guage your stability and attitude..

not sure though y wala ka nadawat..

as i mentioned, kato mga panahon bakante ko... that is the same reason why wa ko dawat etel... crap... hehehe...

anyway, i still want to be in calltek... just not want to be interviewed by the same person who overlooks your ability and prefer stability...

@ kit_cwbu.. the company actually expects their employees to last ~5 yrs.. hehe.. grabe noh..
ala gani ko nag-expect nga ma-dawat ko.. bisan naa ko experience, (nya feeler pud kaayo ko nga kamao ko), nag-think nalang ko nga di ko tawagan kay tungod sa pag-resign nako sa previous company.. giving the impression nga i dont set my priorities straight ba..

anyways, i can also (try) check with recruitment why wala ka na-hire .. (mayta mu-hatag ug answer.. confidential baya na.. hehe)
