when i applied here i was thinking of staying only for atmost 6 months but am happy to have stayed here in our company for 2 years now! I love it here and am still planning of staying here for few years if am not gonna go abroad.
mao jud ana cla na ang mga sup daw maglinkud2 ra daw chika2.. late pa jud daw permi, di daw mu assist.. ang akong friend 8 thou ra iya nadawat tanan2 sa usa ka month.. and 6 months na gud daw cya.. wala lage daw klaro ang performance bonus pwerteng gamaya.. mao na manghawa nalang daw ang mga agents sa qualfon mubalhin nalang ug lain!! wa daw ayo dd2.. so sa kato gusto mu apply sa qualfon better thnk twice...
i was iwth the company for six month prior to etel.. bati jud kau ang Q.. magdouble shift ko 3 to 4 times a week nya wala na bayran ang uban.. bati ang promotion kay f dli ka close sa taas d ka ma promote bsan perfetc imo QA scores and other qualifiers.. ma delayed amo salary before for a week nya d mau ky d ko taga dwe so wa ko mautangan.. hehehe but according to my bordmates beeter n daw compared before ang present management but gamay lang salary nila..
gamay au ang sweldo... maypa mo apply ka sa lain call centers.
ang dili nako ganahan kay formal attire... nya bawal taas bohok sa lalaki... murag mga korek...
nya naa sad ning supervisor nga bayot nga kanang nag-antyuhos nga hilas... kalami tuk-un.
hehehehhehehehe
mulang..pwerte kabati..gubaon ang headset nya ang mga callers ky irate..then gmay ra sweldo..sucks..
