asa man ang bakak ana? are you even properly reading what i'm saying here? again i said EXPLICITY, do you even know what that word means?

    This is so hilarious.

ani pud ni ha. as a reliability & maintenance admin, we have very strict rules, policies & sanctions to ensure the safety of all workers sa processing area.

ingana naman gai mi ka-strict na employees lang ang maka access sa area, how much more nga public place pa ni ang SM?

as an establishment that caters the public, responsibility jud ni sa SM nga maganticipate sila incidents like this.

another thing, this has been mentnioned by some people here na this is not ordinary glass, naa na mga liki2x & that alone is already a clear sign of negligence. maski barier or guard naman lang unta mag-ali ana nga facility in question, wala jud.

karon sala japon na sa bata? mao lagi na gi-ingon nako, dili jud mo makasabot unsay point of view as a parent kay wala pa mo inyo anak.

i'm telling you, once magka-anak naka, you may not admit it but looking back at what you're saying here, tunlon ra jud ni nimo.

damn right it is hilarious. hilarious in the sense that you're trying to drive home a point with no solid basis. for your sake, please read everything i said & think before you try to make yourself silly trying to prove a point where there's no apparent proper basis.

glass by definition, breakable, but i don't think SM would be so lackadaisical enough to use ordinary glass as barriers. if this is true, then all the more jud nga mo-file ug case against SM.

like i said, naa na gud daw mga liki2x, maintenance like ilisan ang glass.

i don't think oridinary kids can break these types of glass just by bumping into them or becoming spiderman on the glass barrier, unless naa to dugo ni chuck norris ang bata, as someone mentioned earlier.

i don't think nakakita ka sa actual nga nawong sa glass. yawg tuo sa uban where in the end moingon nga dili sila expert ana. usa pa kung naay liki2x, naay ebidensya? yawg tuo daun sa hearsay.

unsay pasabot nimo ani, after sa pagkahitabo or before? kay kung after naa tawon guard mag roving ug mamadlong. i already said this in my previous post. pero kung before, i would say, 'what?'.

even if wala liki ang kato nga glass barrier in question, how can a 6yr old ordinary child break a barrier glass, assuming nga dili to ordinary glass gigamit sa SM?

as a friend of mine who was nearby national bookstore at that time said, nagsige na ug gukod ang inahan sa bata, but kusog ra kaayo ang dagan sa bata mao to nadasmag siya sa glass barrier.

i have siad this before that yes, naa jud blame ang parents but it is wrong to put majority of the blame sa parents. the majority of the blame still goes to SM.

Yepp. Di ni joke, not exaggerating at all.

    * Although I believe that SM has the moral obligation to compensate the family.

as you said, balay nako, akong koral. akong koral, ordinary materials ra kay balay ra man.

sala na nimo kay as an adult, you're very well aware that dili pwede mag-text & drive. so based on your arguement, given the example of my house, sala nimo & other than that, paninglan jud tika sa damages nabuhat nimo sa koral sa ako balay.

whereas sa SM, daku nga establishment that accepts the public to their establishment.
