1. a lady who has experience in the same industry but handling HR position (legislative), with more or less 6yrs experience of
making a corporate rules and regulations. when interviewed, as if she have actual experience in handling operation
or its a borrowed information nga g ask niya sa iyang kauban sa work before cya nangaply, iyang g studyhan daan.
2. a man who have impressive resume, pass the panel interview due to good plan, but after background checked in the industry, he
have several failures in his previous companies handling operation position, ug hinongdan nga nangawala ang mga customer.
in fact when he left one position in his previous company, daghan kaayog customer complaints nga unresolve.
3. a man who good but s suspective corrupt, sakto2x ra iyang sweldo pero daghan ug properties. cgeg panghambog sa achievment
niya sa iyang previous company ang tinuod, dili to iya nga achievement,kundi diehard lang ang ilang customer ky sila ry company
nga naa ato nga product, pag balhin niya s alain kumpanya ug nag kupot ug mas
dakong posisyun, ang achievemnet ghapon sa pikas kumpanya iyang gpanghambog nga dili tungod niya
4. a women who has excellent credentials, she is very known for that, infact pag mag meeting sila sa iyang kumpanya, kung cya na
mo tingog mo hilom ang tanan.nghuman sa meeting, dili ghapon mo patoo ang mga fellow worker niya, maminaw ras storya pero
dili ghapon mo patoo. his boss him, infact other managers from several companies ask her opinion on how to run things due to her
academic credentials, ky daghan cyag PHD ug Masters degree
5. a man who have 2 decades experience in handling business operation. with excellent track record on handling people. people
in his company respect him, obey him. even they call him the iron fist but he has a soft heart. dili kaayo cya kabalo mo storya
but he walk his talk. ubay2x ng reklamo niya nga trabahante ky strikto kaayo, but wala ra cya g dismiss sa ilang HR ky ang mga
nag reklamo daghan ug record sa 201 files nga repetitive company violations. he is even awarded as "extra miler employee. he is highly recommended by his clients for superb service
kinsa man dapat ang i hire sa tag iya?
