been using smartwifi since june 2005 and the only problems ive had with them is that my internet connection gets cut off sometimes. and thats when i forget to pay my monthly subscription fee of 788.

Been calling them like a million times already, been asking for a supervisor every time i call (but they cannot produce any), and have been promised a million call backs from their escalation team who just called in yesterday. finally, they have decided to give me a house visit in the next two days. intawn smartwifi, bati na ang service, mas bati pajud ang customer service.
ayaw tawag bai kay way klaro ang customer service. adto nalang diretso sa wireless center complain :mrgreen:

@ ryan.. bitaw, its injustice!!! sakto ato bayad, pero kulang ilang gihatag. naka think mi nga tiwason nlang 1 yr subscription .. pro nxt time balhin mi globe. nawagtangan na cla customer for the nxt year.. plus ipanabi pa jud nko sa akong mga frenz bati ang service ... kung nila pa spread teh word.. makarma jud ni cla. kung dili ta nila atimanon og tarong. hala jud!!!
Mga bai, mag one year nko by September 2006. I'm really eager to discontinue the service. Unsa man inyo ika-suggest nga better ISP? Note that i dont want a phone line (coz i wont be using it) and i dont want a wireless connection anymore. I'm not quite updated with our ISP's here in Cebu.
