Hulk I think will not be included in the Phase 3 but on Phase 4.

I can see that. maybe something like a Planet Hulk movie and then they end phase 4 with Avengers: World War Hulk.

eh, seems all right. some CGI that still needs polishing here and there.

I think I would prefer if Ultron didn't have his army of Ultronbots. the Avengers fighting off canon fodder isn't really all that exciting after they did it in the first movie.
