for those people who are high level of sugar in blood(diabetic)i recommened to eat brown rice in thier diet cause much lesser in carbohydrates than white rice.
brown rice kay healthier.. pero ang palitun sa amua kay white man..

i saw on tv that its not entirely true.
different people have different range of tolerance when it comes to carbohydrates(carbo when stored in body in the form of sugar if im not mistaken its glucose)...
basically what the doctor said is that consuming rice should be done with moderation. everything about food should be consumed with moderation and it has to be balanced..
