i use qwix to create iso, in my pc, from the games in my xbox. then i use nero to backup those iso into dvd-r. by the way, you need cross-over network cable, if you don't have a hub or switch, to connect the xbox to you pc.

You could also just FTP in your XBOX, copy the folder the game is in and use Craxion/Qwix/xISO to make an ISO from the folder.
