With the proposed amendments on the present system, I very much agree. The government will be more productive and there would be more accountability for these public officials. The parliament will be more efficient than the Congress now which is working with political gridlock since their own interests are promoted.

The change will not be as easy as a snap of the finger. But we can start the change with resolving the loopholes of the present system. With the proposed amendments, the people in the government will be governed by the system ratified by the people. They will have to follow a rule of law that was designed to answer to political gridlock that once hampered the political system from progress.

    chacha is a long process!

i agree in parliamentary type of government, however, i'm afraid of rapid change of leaders due to crab mentality!

i think graft & corruption, crab mentality, and mismanagement are the main problems in our government today and not chacha!

for me lang ha; its not the system man tingale ang dapat e change, ang mga taw man cguro nga naa sa position maoy dapat mag usab o ilisan, dba? musogut ta ug sa dili, ang corruption is part of our government na jud, mura na sya ug cancer na wala nay kaayohan, ang ako lang unta is dili lang pud nila hutdon ug kuha ang naa sa panudlanan ba, as we know and observe krun, maayo kaayo sila mangita ug paagi nga makakwarta unta ang gobyerno, hapit tanan dunay taxes, but the question is, NASULOD BA JUD KHA NANG MGA KWARTAHA SA PANUDLANAN SA GOBYERNO. ang maayo cguro no, balihon lang nila, ang naa sa bulsa sa mga taw nga kurakot mao nai e sulod sa kaha sa gobyerno, then ang naa sa panudlanan sa gobyerno maoy e sulod sa ilahang bulsa, murag mu asinso cguro ta ug gamay. Pero wala na tay panahon sa pagbinasulay, ang ato ani is mukayod nalang ta sa maayo na paagi, ug maka binta tag gamay hala tira! basta dli lang ta mka violate sa existing laws kay as a civilian, kita maoy alkanse pirme....
