Medyo complicated na nga process. Simple lang ako prevention. Scan USB before opening it.Sometimes ma trigger ang virus ig open. U will notice ig right click sa pen drive naay naka highlight na Autoplay. Bisag wala pa nako gi scan, i know infected na cya. So i scan nako cya. Na defect and was disinfected. Usually di nana cya access imo flash drve directly ( nadaot na cya ). Use lang search tool. then search all files by using "*.*" . Pero da best prevention is ayaw pataka gamit ug laing flash drve or isaksak sa laing computer.

do not trust any computer but your own. if you need a file from someone ask them to email it to you, thats my prevention from usb virus, i dont just stick anything into my laptop or desktop

Im making this guide based on my own experiences. I have a sister that always gets her usb thumbdrive infected with these nasty stuff. so after much wrestling with the cure for this critters, i decided to focus on prevention.

AutoPlay should *always* be disabled on ALL drives!!

Install and always update your AV software.
Always use the PC as a limited user, never as a full admin (except of course when updating drivers, installing new hardware, etc).
Scan *any* floppies (if anyone still actually uses them anymore), flash drives, etc before putting it on your PC.
Don't be a PEBKAC and start installing OMGWTFBBQ FreE Smileys.exe.scr (or hotsexyladies.scr.bat) and expect your free smileys to be all nice and cuddly.
