i was referring to the SE philippines and some biatches at SE ayala. where ever you bought your phone if it has official SE warranty they still send it to SE ayala and SE ayala will send it to SE philippines in manila.
Bro,
the owner of Audionet is Mr. Bong Gonzales, he is just a simple guy but easy to speak and deal with, you might wana look for him or tell the receiving person that you know someone that knows the owner so close that he can have him u know hehehe
yeah that's nice bai but how do we know that the owner didn't implement those rules in the first place? Every cellphone owner knows how much of a hassle it is to fill out return forms.
i still don't understand why stores find it so hard to handle returns. Places like USA don't go through the trouble of having a technician fix electronic items. If naa problema ilisan na on the spot. Why let the customer suffer? Ang defective item ipadala balik sa manufacturer. End of story. It's the manufacturer's problem to figure out what went wrong.
In fact, Americans find it impractical and even costly to hire or maintain an in-house technician who has to learn this and that of every component and we all know how big their electronic stores can get! I know this because I used to take part in the development of a web project that's supposed to be a tool for technicians to diagnose our products. it was canceled by our US counter part because they found it costlier to have a technician and cheaper to have the product shipped back and replace the product of the customer.

i hate this kind of situations...well in this case i think there is a certain law about comsumer rights...well kung warranty man.. they should replace the unit...i mean the whole unit itself and brandnew!!.not the internal things lang!!..like apple..if you have a defective ipod, they will replace it with same unit and its brandnew..the worst part is if someones goin to buy that phone which was refurbished and thinkin its was new..then the vicious cycle continues..damn!!...well if you want to report this one,go ahead bro! and i also think you should..so everybody would be aware about this kind of things that they do on consumers...
