hmm.. its not P250/head..coz ur paying for the cottage, so if 3 lng mo, u will still pay 1K. Entrance fee is free if you'll get a cottage, if not, i think they'll charge you the entrance fee alone..

I'm sorry but i dont know how to get there by taking public transportation since i dont know the place very well..
