    Smoker ko for 10 years kapin. Within that period nagquit sad ko, longest was 6 months however nismoke ug balik ug ni grabe na hinoon. This year just late last month April 24th, I stopped. Gikalit nko ug stop, ang resulta is nagsige na ug sakit akong ngipon, mura nag vitamins ang mefenamic nako, kada adlaw inom kay kada adlaw nagsakit akong ngipon. Karon karat ang tutunlan, dry cough. Hopefully mahuman nani akong withdrawal symptoms ug dle na unta ko maka-smoke ug balik.

    Pag healthy lifestyle TS. Kaon og nutritious food then work out (gym) perme, mora lage kag ma guilty sa emo lawas if mo smoke kag balik. Based on my own experience lang na huh. Smoke free naq for 6 months and counting...

    Naa koy target nga date kung when jud ko ma stop. Mao ni ako gi buhat sauna (3 months as a non smoker na unta) pero nka baLik ko kay tungod smoker ako partner. DiLi ko ganahan mo higop og secondhand nga aso. Planning to stop again before July so hinay2x na ko ron para ig July, mo recover na sugod ako lawas. Dili maayo kaliton (according to some research) kay mao daw na ang usa sa mka cancer. Something about our anti-churva.

    Nahan sa d ko mu undang , atleast ron naminus minusan na jud akong dosage ..

    Share mo sa uban ninyo nga experiences istoryans. Ako planning to quit ko but wala ko kabalo asa mag sugod. Pero determined jud ko mo stop for the sake of my loved ones. Still looking for a good way to start stopping.

    Kuyawa sad aning kaliton makacause ug cancer gud. Mubalik kaha ko then maghinay ug undang?

    haha Na basahan ra sad to nako sauna sa usa ka health magazine. NaA to scientific explanation gani. Aw ako lang sad gi suwayan total positive man pud siya nga outlook.

    Haven't tried puffing but I'll share from peeps' experience.

    They end up quitting the habit because they got sick so they had no choice but to
    stop and a death in the family - this one is huge blow that made them stop.

    Hope you've gone cold turkey na TS.

    Started the habit when I was in college. Managed to stop for a good 7 years, after that an on-off relationship. Right now, I stick to a ration of 1 box of 10s a week, no more.

    Its actually all in the mind, as in all things good in this world... Why is it that the good stuff is bad for our health...

    Good luck in quitting.

    nice thread ako for 8 years niundang ko ug smoke.but pag nov. pa ko ni start na pod ug balik, karon 2days palang ko nag attempt na sad ug stop ug smoke.gahapon wala na jud maski isa ka stick.hop mo succeed ko kai love naku sad akong mga kids.. ang pinaka technique ra jud ani is to pray on God na dili nimo kaya maundang without his strength...God bless ts hope ma overcome nimo kini nga struggle.I feel you bro.
