there's a lot of reson kung bakit ganyan, pwedeng monitor, video card, or even the video connectro for the mobo to your monitor.. i suggest before buying something to check first your connector if it's working properly and check your monitor.

try adjusting the REFRESH RATE of ur monitor through display settings, it will usually fix the issue...

actually naa bro... ang result usually is weird color .. like ang display shades of pink, shades of purple, or shades of blue or any other color. kung luag ang connector.. mo karat ang screen.
