Senior PHP Developer

Type: Contractual

Work Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Duties & Responsibilities:
A Senior PHP developer works with systems analysts to determine business requirements, prepares technical design forms and builds new software through existing or newly developed codes.
The developer also corrects errors in application systems and tests programs to gauge process efficiency.

Job Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience in an object oriented development environment, with a computer science background.
• 3+ years experience developing web applications using PHP with MySQL
• 3+ years experience database development and stored procedures
• The ability to review business requirements and architect an appropriate technical solution, and the ability to document these solutions
* Strong Object Oriented PHP skills
* Strong Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Experience with Apache and PHP Extensions
* SQL knowledge and relational database design, preferably MySQL
* Mature, independent, yet receptive to team participation
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Good understanding of design principles
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within the organization
