i think naa man guro circuit breaker tanan residential or commercial areas. akong set-up kay wall-outlet -> surge protector -> AVR(pero dili kadtong mga gagmay nga gaan) -> UPS -> PC PSU

each of them has its own purpose. kung mag power surge di mana katabang ang avr. nya kung naa kay importante gi trabaho nya mo kalit lang ug fluctuate then pawng ang pc dira sad ma gamit ang ups. for security purposes. naa may uban avr ug ups nga walay surge protector.

@Vinokid: Seasonic sad ako PSU X650 na model. nabasahan bitaw sad nako na naay avr function ang PSU nila.. pero di lng ko mukumpyansa...

Mag AVR lng siguro jud ko, nagcanvas kog ups perteng mahala man sa mga reliable na brand...
