If you really went there today, then you'd know they didn't collect any fee whatsoever. The poster explicitly stated that IF and only IF you want your dog/s to be registered, then a sum of 150 is to be paid but if not, you can still get them vaccinated for free. The registration isn't compulsory. Your pets will be vaccinated, given vitamins, and de-wormed even if you don't register them. Sir with all due respect, the next time you give negative feedback about something you read, try to review it first. Practice humility. Don't jump to conclusions. Don't make a fool out of yourself.
